Can you take acrylic nails off yourself?

I'm gonna wear them for only a week or less.

If you can, please explain how.

If you can't, then how much does it cost at a salon? Can you take acrylic nails off yourself?
IF YOU ARE GOING TO WEAR THEM FOR A WEEK THEN WHY NOT MAKE IT TWO BECAUSE THATS WHEN YOUR REAL NAILS START GROWING AND IT'S ALMOST TIME FOR A FILL IN AND THEN TAKE THEM OFF. DON'T WASTE A FRESH PAIR OF NAILS AND IF YOU MUST TAKE THEM OFF, PLEASE GO TO A SALON BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT TO DO AND IT'S ONLY $10 THATS $5 FOR EACH HAND AND IF YOU TRY THIS AT HOME YOU MAY PULL OFF SOME OF YOUR REAL NAIL

AND THIS IS PAINFULL, ALSO IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO KEEP THEM BUT FOR A WEEK WHY DON'T YOU JUST GET THE GLUE ON NAILS?Can you take acrylic nails off yourself?

You can take Acrylic off yourself....nail polish remover can take them off...If you go to a salon it cost 10 dollars to get them removed..well it cost that much at every place i went
yea you an take them off yourself but it really hurts u should go get them taken off instead at a salon
Costs about 10 bucks at a salon. But you can soak them in actetone nail polish remover. DONT PRY THEM OFF!!!
me again, don't take them off yourself. i did that the first time i got my nails done..and that is the easiest way to wreck your nails. I soaked my fingers in a jar of some ';nail remover'; from the grocery store...and they were a mess. especially if you're a newbie to nails..ask your nailgirl what would be the best thing to do to remove them yourself if thats what you want to do.
yes acrylic nails can be removed, with a small round bowl, pour acetone, bought from most stores(like Winn Dixie)about half full, or half empty, then soak for about 20-30 minutes. Then they should dissolve off. The cost of a 12 oz bottle runs around $1.50 TO $2.00; AT a salon it will cost more.
