i got acryllic nails and instead of getting the white tips. i got hot pink!!!

well, whats ';in'; around here is instead of getting your tips painted white for a french manicure, get them painted a color. like pink. so substitute the white tips with pink tips. or even orange. a nice bright summer color...trust me it looks GREAT.
i'm gonna get acrylic tips too, i think that a French manicure or bright fruity colors will look good , stay away from boring colors and dark colors- those are a drag and summer is about fun, so your nails should reflect the season. good luck!!!
Yeah, don't get them. They're horrible...plus, they ruin your natural nails.
well the typical white french tips are always never a wrong way to go, but since this season's fashion is all about the metalics, bright colors, and yellow, id try going into those colors. my opinion, i think gold tips would be gorgeous. its getting into the metalic feel but is just a touch instead of going all out with a gold or metallic mini dress. for the yellow, lemon yellow is funky and cool but its more of the buttery shades now. pastels are great too.

well what i like to do in the summer is get regular white tips with an airbrush on the ring finger..i usually get palm trees!
