i use Sally Hansen 'Hard as Nails' nail polish and remove/reapply every few days. If I don't use this my nails break easily, but they grow a lot quicker and stay stronger with it. It's the clear (or tinted) treatment, not the coloreed polish.How do i stop my nails from breaking?
keep them in lemon n water evert 2 days,
put clear polish on them n clean it @ nite, drink loadz of milk, lots of water..
