Well calcium and zinc strengthen bones and nails and there are some nail hardeners, which essentially look like clear nail polish with a special label. there is nail polish that will make them stronger..you could get it at wal mart or something. :]
Go to your nearest nail salon and have acrylics put on.

take a multivitamin daily
